India Herdman serves on CTA’s federal advocacy team, representing the tech industry before Congress, regulatory agencies, and the administration. She leads CTA’s policy initiatives related to transportation and data privacy. India represents CTA on the Board of Directors for Partners for Automated Vehicle Education (PAVE) and the Advisory Council for the Global Women’s Innovation Network, which promotes women working in politics and innovation-driven fields.
John Kuzin is Vice President of Spectrum Policy and Regulatory Counsel with Qualcomm. John oversees Qualcomm’s worldwide spectrum policy working closely with the company’s regional spectrum leads, business leads, and global R&D teams, and he represents before the FCC, ISED Canada, and other agencies. John holds a B.E. in electrical engineering from The Cooper Union, an M.S.E. from Princeton University, and a J.D. from New York University Law School.
David Pickeral is Co-Founder at Sheeva.AI, where he led planning and outreach activities around the company’s deployment of its Vehicle Location Base Services (VLBS) platform to enhance the connected driving experience. David continues to serve as an Advisor to the company and its Board in shaping its ongoing rollout of product in North America, the EU, India and Japan. Beyond his role at Sheeva.AI he is a board member and strategic advisor related to Mobility Innovation and Smart Cities working with multiple startups, VC / PE investors and government agencies worldwide on projects including mobility-as-a-service (MaaS), shared mobility, on-demand transportation (ODT), microtransit, artificial intelligence (AI), connected & autonomous vehicles (CAV) and electric vehicles (EV) in the context of big data, analytics, cloud, and the internet of things (IoT).
Breakfast Media LLC CEO Drew Clark has led the Broadband Breakfast community since 2008. An early proponent of better broadband, better lives, he initially founded the Broadband Census crowdsourcing campaign for broadband data. As Editor and Publisher, Clark presides over the leading media company advocating for higher-capacity internet everywhere through topical, timely and intelligent coverage. Clark also served as head of the Partnership for a Connected Illinois, a state broadband initiative.
